The Challenge
With no dedicated ICT personnel, the school relied on the Desktop Engineer or HOD to manage all devices, placing a heavy burden on staff.
Device management was largely manual, requiring one-by-one updates for app installations, configuration pushes, and network certificate renewals.
Meanwhile, the growing fleet of around 200 iPads, spread across multiple carts around campus, added complexity and made efficient, consistent management increasingly challenging.
The Solution

The Outcome
Despite having limited manpower resources, the school can now manage its iPad fleet efficiently and at scale, with a system ready to support future growth. The streamlined setup allows
the Desktop Engineer to focus more on enabling teaching and learning rather than manual device maintenance.
