The challenge was to give every secondary school student in Singapore a safe and structured digital learning experience through the deployment
and lifecycle management of Personal Learning Devices (PLDs). This went beyond simple deployment, requiring a seamless, integrated approach to
manage, monitor, and support every device throughout its lifecycle.
The Solution
We developed a full-stack managed services and SaaS solution to support Singapore's National Digital Literacy Programme. The solution integrates best-in-class tools, providing:
1. Mobile Device Management for centralized control and policy enforcement across iPads and other devices
2. Classroom Management Services for real-time lesson orchestration
3. Usage Management Services to extend parental oversight for responsible after-school use
