Sales positions
Sales Manager (I.T Solutions)
Job Responsibilities
- Full ownership on assigned accounts.
- Responsible for cross-section of accounts or industry-specific accounts.
- Own all relationships across the accounts that encompasses both current and new business.
- Represent the company to the customer in all sales-related activities in the role as key client contact.
- Maintain and penetrates current customer base, along with identifying and converting prospective customers.
- Understand and be able to articulate the pain points experienced by customers and able to build value propositions for customers, including compelling business cases to accelerate solution adoption.
- Establish relationship with key Business Partners or Distributors to understand the grounds for collaboration and how best to position combined solutions.
- Propose and review strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets for the team.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in IT Computer Science or any other related discipline from a recognize education institution.
- At least 2-5 year sales experience in either IT Solutions, Technical Services Sales, Software & Hardware, Network & Security sales domain.
- Proven sales record and must be aggressive, self-motivated, analytical and results-oriented with the ability to build strong rapport with senior management and key decision makers of prospects.
- To handle cold-calling and full development of accounts.
- Candidates must have the ability to learn and keep abreast with new IT technologies.
- Incumbents with sales consulting experience in other IT sales domain will also be considered.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
Business Development Executives
Job Responsibilities
- To be responsible for preparation and tendering of projects as awarded by statutory institutions and developing new business accounts for IT services as provided by the company.
- Promoting and marketing the range of IT products and services to statutory and educational institutions, in particularly private schools.
- To be responsible for achieving the overall sales revenue and profitability targets in various faculties, schools and ministries.
- To work on developing and implementing Sales and Account Management Plan.
- To attend to customers sales enquires, understanding of different customer vertical segments and their requirements and proposing the appropriate sales plans to the customers.
- To handle all IT sales for private schools clients.
Job Requirements
- Diploma, preferably with 1 year sales experience in Business Development and Account servicing.
- Excellent communications skills and effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong ability to up sell, offering value propositions to clients.
- Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Channel Sales Executives
Job Responsibilities
- To be responsible for achieving the overall sales revenue and profitability targets for the Channel sales sector.
- To be responsible for developing new business accounts for IT services as provided by the company.
- To develop new opportunities in the Channel sector, qualify, negotiate, and close business accounts.
- To build, maintain and grow strong client relationships; grow the business with existing clients by identifying/creating new service offerings.
- To work on developing and implementing Sales and Account Management Plan.
- To attend to customers sales enquires, understanding of different customer vertical segments and their requirement and proposing the appropriate sales plans to the customers.
Job Requirements
- Min ‘O’ Levels/ Diploma in any discipline.
- Preferably 1 year relevant sales experiences in IT industry.

Pre-Sales Consultant (I.T Solutions)
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible in providing pre/post sale support to a pool of sales force.
- Working closely with the sales as well as other business partner in articulating solutions to customers.
- Gather technical requirement, design and solutions architect, proof of concept and presentation to high level audiences.
- Lead and advise on technical reviews and approve technical solutions deliverables.
- Work independently, and possess good presentation and communication skills.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in I.T Computer Science.
- Minimum 3 years' pre/post sale experience in Microsoft Windows NT/2000/2003, SUN Solaris or HP UNIX platform.
- Must have working experience in Systems infrastructure such as Servers, Storage Area Network/Network Attached Storage & Tape Libraries etc. A good Knowledge of IT infrastructure design with essential knowledge of backup architecture and strategy would be necessary.
- Good knowledge of IT architecture and solutions such as Microsoft Windows technologies, hardware clustering/load balancing, MS SQL/Oracle Databases, AD Directory, VmWare, Citrix, Microsoft Exchange, etc would be essential.
- Knowledge of System Monitoring tools, like IBM Tivoli, HP OpenView, CA Unicenter, CA Brightstor Backup, Veritas Backup, Virtualization concepts, etc would be advantageous.

Retail Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- To promote and sell the full range of Company’s products to customers at the retail outlet
- To follow-up with customers via phone calls, e-mails and sales visit
- To update customers with regards on all sales promotion information eg: Products, Promotions, Programs, Rebates, etc. on time
- To liaise with Product Persons on special pricing
- Perform inventory and stock taking when necessary
- To provide weekly sales inventory reports
- Responsible for all sales related issues, loans, RMAs, PRAs, ARs, outstanding orders, complaints etc related to customers

IT Technician
Job Responsibilities:
- To perform daily sales repair services on computers and IT related products.
- Attending to call in enquiries for all IT products as distributed by the company.
- Troubleshooting and rectify all incoming defective Fujitsu Lifebooks.
- Assist in site survey and installation for Fujitsu Plasma, Fujitsu PC TV and InFocus LCD TV.
- Promptly and accurately updating all troubleshooting finding and actions into the database.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level with NTC 2 or ITC in Electronics (Computer Technology), SPM Holders
- Preferably 1 year experienced in hands on Notebook/PC troubleshooting skills with OS skillset
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Fresh school leavers welcome to apply.
