I am writing this email in commendation for your technician at the NUS IT Co-op. Ever since my set displayed problems, he has been there to assure me that he’ll do his best to fix the problem. He has shown excellent customer service with his patience and dedication. There was once, when I went to the IT Co-op after working hours desperately needing to fix my notebook. To my dismay, I was told he had left. Thankfully, he came back specially to attend to my notebook’s problems. This is a clear example of someone who would go the extra mile in his line of duty.
